With this package, you’ll receive:

  • UK company formation (+ £100 filing fee)
  • Unbranded digital company documents (no mention of Rapid Formations)

Please note:

  • This package does not include the confirmation statement filing – a key improvement based on feedback from our accountancy clients.

How to order:

  1. Click here to visit the Wholesale Package page and select ‘Buy Now’.
  2. Enter the intended company name and proceed to payment.
  3. Complete the company application form with the required details.
  4. Review and submit your application.
  5. You’ll receive email confirmation once the application has been submitted.

What happens next?

After submission, our Compliance Team will perform standard ID checks.

  • If yours and your client's ID is verified automatically, your application will go straight to Companies House.
  • If further verification is required, we’ll request supporting documents via email. Once verified, we’ll supply the application to Companies House.

Companies House typically processes incorporations within 24 working hours, though this can vary depending on their workload.


Once your company is formed, you’ll receive a confirmation email titled ‘Order Fulfilment’, including your company documents and package details.
