What Documents Shall I Provide? Required Documents by Country

We offer company formation services to customers around the world. Our goal is to make the process simple and transparent. However, the requirements may vary depending on your country of residence.

Before starting, please check if we support company formation in your country. You can do this by visiting our Eligible Countries List.

To begin the process, customers must:

  • Complete ID verification using a valid passport, national ID document, or driving licence
  • Provide a proof of address document

The type of address document you need to upload may depend on your country of residence.

 

Country-specific address documents

  • Algeria – Certificate of Residence (recommended for higher success rate)
  • Bahrain – Certificate of Residence issued by the local authority
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina – Certificate of Residence
  • China – Comprehensive stamped bank certificate (个人银行信息综合凭证) with verification code, issued in-branch
  • Morocco – Certificate of Residence issued by your local Mairie
  • Saudi Arabia – National Address Certificate
  • Spain – Household Registry extract issued by your local Ayuntamiento (Town Hall)
  • Sweden – Personbevis issued by Skatteverket (Swedish Tax Agency), must match public records
  • Togo – Certificate of Residence issued by the local Chef du Quartier
  • Turkiye/Turkey – National Address Certificate – https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/belge-dogrulama
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – DEWA Green Energy Bill (for Dubai and Sharjah only)
  • Vietnam – Bank statement manually stamped in-branch

 

If Your Country Is Not Listed Above

If your country is not shown above, but it appears on our Eligible Countries List, we will request standard documentation to verify your identity and address (see below).

 

Accepted Documents for Address Verification:

  • Recent bank statement
  • Recent utility bill (gas, water, electricity, broadband, landline telephone)
  • TV Licence
  • Certificate of Residence

Please note: All accepted documents must clearly show your full name, current address, and date of issue (within the last 3 months).

 

Documents We Cannot Accept:

  • Photo ID only (passport, driving licence, ID card, etc)
  • Tenancy or rental agreements
  • Statements from e-money or virtual banks (e.g. PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Paysera, NayaPay)
  • Mobile phone bills
  • Insurance documents
